Jason Ferreira, born in Plantation, Florida, graduated from Coral Springs High School and Florida Atlantic University (FAU). With ten years of professional brewing experience, Jason has spent eight years as Head Brewer at 26 Degree Brewing Company. Throughout his career, he’s worked on numerous brewing contracts, developing exclusive beer recipes for restaurants across South Florida. Known for his meticulous eye for detail and commitment to excellence, Jason has been the cornerstone of steady beer production at 26 Degree Brewing, helping shape the brewery’s ongoing success and growth over the past decade.

Yonathan Ghersi is the co-founder of 26° Brewing Co., where his entrepreneurial drive and passion for craft beer have helped shape one of South Florida’s standout breweries. From raising capital to building strong community roots, Yonathan has played a hands-on role in every stage of the brewery’s growth.
With years of international travel and business experience across Latin America and Southeast Asia, he brings a global perspective to the local brewing scene—often drawing inspiration from the places he’s explored and the flavors he’s discovered abroad. That sense of curiosity and creativity translates into unique beer styles and innovative ideas that push the brewery forward.

Roman Giron
Creative Director at 26 Degree Brewing
With over 20 years of experience in design, branding, and creative direction, Roman Giron is the Creative Director at 26 Degree Brewing, overseeing visual identity, marketing, and brand development. He studied Industrial and Graphic Design at Politecnico di Milano, where he worked with renowned brands like Zanussi and Salone Satélite. During his time in Italy, he also completed an internship at Alfa Romeo, gaining hands-on experience in automotive design. His expertise spans product design, social media strategy, and creative direction, bringing a unique blend of art and marketing to the craft beer industry.

Originally from Ireland, Fergus and his family moved to Boston in 1991. While attending school in North Carolina, he began his restaurant career at Zaxby’s, quickly working his way up to General Manager. Wanting to transition from corporate dining to full-service restaurants, Fergus became a sous chef at a four-star Mediterranean restaurant in Florida. After 14 years at Coasters Pub and Biergarten, a Brevard County craft beer staple, refining his skills in pairing food with beer, he spent time at 3 Sons Brewing before finding the perfect fit at 26 Degree Brewing. As Executive Chef, Fergus brings his passion for bold flavors and craft beer pairings to the brewery’s growing culinary program.

With over two decades of experience in hospitality management, David Gonzalez brings expertise in restaurant operations, leadership, and business growth to his role as General Manager at 26 Degree Brewing & Kitchen. His career includes leadership positions at Rainforest Café, Flanigan’s Seafood, Red Robin, and Hard Rock Café, specializing in team development, financial oversight, and enhancing customer experiences. A two-time nominee for Red Robin’s President’s Club Award, David has a proven track record of driving sales, optimizing operations, and fostering strong vendor relationships. Now at 26 Degree, he’s focused on elevating both the brewery and kitchen experience.
